• Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages requested, held in our web host’s server logs for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

We use your details to read and respond to your enquiry, to send you a proposal if you ask for one, and to keep a record of our correspondence. We do not use the contact form to send marketing mailings unless you ask us to.

Your consent and lawful use

We process the information you send through the contact form on the basis of your consent, given when you submit it, and in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 as they apply to us. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to us.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. Your enquiry is delivered to our team by email. We may rely on service providers who host this website or deliver email on our behalf, and we share information with them only so far as needed to run those services. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond to you and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, then delete or anonymise them. If you become a client, project records are kept under the terms of our agreement with you.

Cookies and third-party content

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers when a page loads, and Google may receive your IP address. If we add analytics or other tools in future, we will update this page and ask for consent where required.
